چکیده

As the Framework Act on Sustainable Infrastructure Management has recently been enacted in Korea, it become mandatory to establish a medium-and long-term plan for managing social infrastructure and evaluating feasibility of maintenance projects. However, road agencies are experiencing problems due lack deterioration models which essential conducting life cycle cost analysis. Thus, this study developed bridge pavements as first step secure power execution Act. The model subdivided pavement materials into asphalt, conventional concrete, latex-modified concrete. This analyzed data diagnosis last 12 years Korea by applying Bayesian Markov Hazard Model. average expectancy type was follows: 12.8 asphalt pavement; 23.4 concrete 9.8 pavement. For probabilistic analysis risk management, probability distributions expectancy, effective range confidence level, transition were presented. lays foundation deterministic Future studies need develop standardized all components bridges types infrastructure.
